WATCH_DOGS inspired map

Beskrivning
I decided to make part of gm_freedom_city into Watch Dogs. There are street light, bollards, and destructable stuff on the sidewalk. Best use with Atmos addon.
Requires: Left 4 Dead 2, CS:GO, CS:S, HL2, DOD:S, Fading Door Stool and US street sign addon.

Effects:
Num0 - Blackout
Num1 - Road Block
Num2 - Explodes the gas pipes
Num3 - Overload the power circuits
Warning: Map lags alot because of all the lightings.

yes! make Aden Pears and make the hacking phone but make it so certin props can only be used with the phone :D

U should make this a map and mabe make a player module like Aden Pears ??? that would be fucking alsom and also mabe make the hacker phone they use ? ik this is alot but i think u can do this
