Liquidators, A group of people who risked their lives during the Chernobyl power plant disaster, they looked for a valve that would empty a huge tank under the reactor that if the fuel reached would cover likely all of Europe and a bunch of Asia in dangerous levels of radiation. It's actually pretty interesting go look it up sometime.
