REQUIREMENTS:
1 Controller (I did not test with a keyboard, but it may work just as well.)

STEPS:
  • Start the Game
  • Select Double Dragon 1
  • Select Main Mission
  • Select Story
  • Select Mission 1
  • Select 2 Players
As soon as Mission 1 begins, the achievement should unlock.
