-open by a notepad
-copy and paste the codes
-save
-drag and drop it back into the game folder using OpenIv
most of the mods will include a text document within the compressed mod file.
for the graphics mod (after extracting) you will need to copy/replace all the files from that folder into the game files, example:
-The Mod File:
common/shaders/win32_30nv8 "follow the folder route"
-The Game Files:
common/shaders/win32_30nv8 "copy the mods to that folder"
for the cars:
after extracting a car mod, you will have files like: exmple.wtd example.wft
you will need to copy those files to
pc\models\cdimages\vehicles.IMG
there will be a Text "readme" in the folder, follow the instruction most of the mods will often ask you to change some codes in
