It's also a compound effect of 1) rushing the potion and 2) having a ton of scales. With 0 to 2 scales, cleaning potions tend to wear off faster than you make new ones.
Implying it's not supposed to clean above 0%. Which would make sense. It would be about as useful as a void or destruction potion if it's bonus was capped to only dirty rooms.
I get that the cleaning potion bonus decays over time, so maybe I'm wrong? why would it decay over time if it was never supposed to go above 0? My only guess is that dirtiness accrues, rather than the potion wearing off. Then dirtiness has a maximum negative level it takes efficiency too?
Good to know! I'm surprised to hear that, as I received very few parkofits when in trophy rooms. I'll experiment more
