How to get a Corporate ID

1. select dialogue with Vanilla "Catch up with Vanilla"
You know that Vanilla's brother jack want to get a job in Security division.
2. select dialogue with Nobe "So what does a young man...." (This dialogue requires 50+ relationship).
You ask Nobe to help Vanilla's brother to join the "Security division"
2-1. select dialogue "I guess I can tell Jack....."
3. Next day, dialogue with Nobe
she give you the corporate ID

@Rikal I just selected the one that says that I should think about it, or something like that.. Had to start over again to get to this dialogue, because the game only gives you the opportunity one time..

@Discordman I can't remember because it's been a long time since I played the game. However, once you have a conversation No. 2 with Nobe, 2-1 will come out automatically.

What if I have selected the other option on the "2-1" part? I cant select this again on another day?
