So I would put as a part of a walkthrough BUT I figured most people will be here just for the achievement so I made this a stand alone video. Be sure to check out the rest of my walkthrough here below.

I'm going to map out this achievement to help make it easier to follow so...

1. From the first save follow the game as normal until you get the Horo Fruit. Route shown from 0:05 to 1:07. Note for this video I skipped the dialogues as you've probably seen them if not just watch my full walkthrough.
2. Get the Horo Fruit equipped. How to do that is shown at 01:21 to 01:23.
3. Back track to the crabs. Route shown from to 01:07 to 01:55.
4. Use your fruit grenades to reveal hidden area and enter (shown at 01:55 to 01:59).
5. Achievement pops when you enter the hidden area. Now be amazed at ET long lost demented cousin and listen to his "secret"...O.o
