Descripción
Changes the sprite for The Intruder to have the spider sit on Isaac's head!

Unfortunately, the head popping on taking damage is hardcoded, so this only changes the idle sprite.

The reason the head pops when the spider leaves is because it's so excited to help you that it uses too much force to jump off! What a good friend!

thanks, the intruder just being burried into your head makes me feel uncomfortable and makes my face itch, this is a lot better
