As the achievement suggest, when you start a new game you will be prompted to skip tutorial levels or not click yes and you will get this achievement, you can simply reload by pressing Esc > Main Menu to go through the tutorial to understand the controls and gameplay

Clear the first level to get this achievement, simply press 'spacebar' to jump and touch the cup to clear 1st level :)

To get this achievement easily,

1. Set your difficulty to Easy in Preferences from the Esc Menu
2. In Easy Mode there is the Skip button, you can simply skip all the levels, all the way until the last stage, 'The Choice'

Walk to your right, and navigate to the end, it is pretty easy to clear





I got this achievement when I reach the hole, enjoy the mini cutscene :)

Very straightforward, if you play the game as per normal you'd achieve the achievements easily, lol~

There is a very simple way to unlock both of these grindy achievements

1. Click on the workshop link above
2. Subscribe to them and there will be an auto download of the achievement grind level
3. Go to Main Menu > Custom Levels, choose Achievement grind level
4. Press the spacebar to start the level and Jump once, and all the zombies will die, once they are all dead*, you can reach for the cup
* If you like, you can turn off the animations in the Preferences so its a little bit faster
5. Once you touch the cup, you can restart the level and repeat 200 times to get the achievements

To get this achievement simply get eaten by a zombie 10 times,
I think the earliest stage to have zombies is Stage no. 12 'Bait'
