Ghostrunner: GR74 (PM&NPC + Ragdoll)

I remember I played this game on launch date back in October, and I thought it would be cool to bring the main character into GMOD; so I did. This is my second addon I've published to the workshop, with the project beginning 3 months ago (as of originally writing this). After some on and off work I think the addon is at a state I'm happy with. I apologize in advance if it isn't for you.

Notice: I recommend putting "mat_specular 1" in console, or type "+mat_specular 1" in GMOD's launch properties. Be sure to have DirectX 9 selected as well for the proper shaders.
