So let us make this as a casual buff and de-buff guide and be sure to drop in your thoughts and share experience.
We will go into categorising the buffs.
This is the map with out the psychic buff

This is the buff:
What it does is, shows what all the icons on the map are, the exit and ammo and health are the same but you get to know what weapon you will get at a point so if it is worth going there or not.

Buffs 1
The Explosive Ammo;
It is a nice buff where your bullets have a 6% chance to explode on impact. I do not know how much of a damage it does to enemies like the usual 1 shot shotgun or 2 hit insta killer hellfire gun; but, if it does trigger when you are chased by a lot of enemies then its fun to watch thing getting blown. Especially when it triggers on walls and all it is fun.

Rapid Shells;
Your bullets travel faster. When your enemies like the red fire spitting skull or the blue skull that move left and right a lot, you get a chance that bullets actually impact it. A good buff in general. Perhaps it can be used in conjunction with the debuff where your bullet speed is halved to neutralise it.

Gunner Runner;
Kills restore 10% stamina. Normally if you aren't the type that goes full gun blazing wild and killing the enemies with sprint a lot then it won't be that much fun. Another point would be that if death is behind you yet you gotta explore a lot then kill + run would be useful in my thought, won't you run outta stamina other wise?

Survival Ammo;
So when your health is below 25 Hit Points specifically, when you shoot guns, there is a chance that every two times you fire a bullet, only one bullet will reduce. So if you fire 10 RPG, only 5 ammo will reduce unlike the normal 10 fire = 10 ammo less. As per probability. So this is good in sad situations where we go straight firing RPG or a machine gun. living on the edge type game.

High Roller;
See sometimes you get buffs you don't want at 100 HP. Like imagine frog jump, blast doc and china shop. I would take a buff then waste the 1/3 chance of picking a buff in entire run, but, see this is especially useful in case of curses right? can re-roll until a convenient curse pops up, also at a reduced cost. Perhaps as a long term investment buff for reducing bad curse chance.

Seller;
When ya drop an item, you get half its value regardless of the ammo, so like throwing an rpg at 1 bullet and buy a better gun. Perhaps throw a revolver for a better gun? who knows man. This the kind of buff/perk that comes handy in bad situations like the run where you start on 0 gold and you wanna buy a sawn off.

Frog Feet;
You jump 3 times higher than normal.

Explosive Feet;
When you jump, a grenade is thrown a little away from you in front facing direction specifically. So you just sprint look behind, press w and jump and sprint again. Works, you know. Takes time but in the end, free nades to rain on foes. Idk much but I hope we get some light on how to make this work much more nicely.

China Shop;
Breakable blocks are 3 times easier to break.

Speed Freak;
Just as it says, you get 30 Adrenaline shots. Time to speed run aye!?

Blast Doctor;
Explosions Heal you for 2Hp for a single stage. I wouldn't recommend to go on with this but if you nothing to take, take this. If you wanna go full lulz and memes type then go ahead. those guys with a barrel on them would work wonderfully with this.

Buffs 2
Section 2 of buffs.
Remixer Crystal:

Even I didn't knew what a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ remixer crystal did. I threw it on enemies it didn't work, I threw it on upside down piked doggos, threw it on trees. I thought it would freeze enemies, it was a bad idea to try that on a group of enemies running towards you. Then one run, I thought why not throw it on a stupid uzi? I mean why not? I got a sawed-off and it was a good run.

Alchemy;
What a remixer crystal does is, it changes a weapon on ground as far as I have seen. I do not know about other materials. So if I had 5 and I kept on throwing for super strong imba gun it would be nice. Now if I had 15 and I was to get bored of the gun and opt another gun with shuffle function, why not opt alchemy? Good perk/buff

Brain Dead;
Enemies take 3 seconds to notice you. I do not know in depth how it works but if I were to run past enemies real quick and they didn't notice me, that would be fun. Same for pumping enemies quickly back to back and them not realising on the first shot.

Brute Force;
You push enemies more and dash faster. 2 times the current values.

Demolition Man;
I like this perk, bigger explosions. Can break walls. Can blow up nearby mobs. Can blow up walls and mobs together. If you are close to the zombie with barrel on him though, you are in some pain. It's just my thought but I think exploding bullets work well with this perk. Even the black and purple guys explode a bit stronger so mobs near em are hit a bit.

Careful Growth;
This is applicable for only the stage you get immediately after taking this perk. If you are 100 HP and you eat food then you get 115 HP.

Drop Bomber;
If you drop an item its like dropping a nuke below your feet and the nuke goes to around 25m. So like its specifically mentioned it harms your enemies so its pretty chill it don't harm you.

Foodie;
Food Heals you 50% Extra.
So we know there is Mushroom, Carrot and Apple. Apple being highest around 50 heal I think with this perk. this 50% works at 10 +50% is 10 +5 so basically 15.

Runner Gunner;
Can shoot while runnin. So much easier to just rpg, run with 10% stamina regain and ultra knockback with 5x knockback curse and leafblower. Can work with lightweight too.

Slasher Shells;
5% of weapons starting ammo. So you just go to the casual green zombie or blue skull or the cube mage and beat the crap out of it. Usually if you have a weapon like demon red ball rifle, it works very well for 4 bullets per kill and 1 bullet needed to kill. Nice buff at any time I feel.

Vampiric Strike;
20% of victims total health. Vampiric strike works well usually with all type of mobs but its better to have a good melee weapon based run in this case for 1 shot killing is fun. But see in this game it is kinda hard to kill melee apart from the cube mage, blue skull and green zombie. But yeah, always a quick regen skill.
Curses
Will make a curses, weapons and mobs section later with time. Thank you, hope this helps you in any manner possible.

I'll update this when I am home in july

few tips from me:
> Explosive Ammo pairs well with UZI (the fastest fire rate gun)
> Frog Feet can let you jump out of mage prisons
> Speed Freak is so useful. You can stay longer when death spawns by outrunning him
> When you have a general idea of different items, Psychic can really help you choose your path

Thanks for writing this :)
