also recomend you get a good vault early on so you dont have a problem like i had on medium mode as max on the first playthrough but by the time i saw the salaries i had almost like zero cash left over to build stuff after they got payed and i didnt even have time to build stuff before i had to start saving so i recommend getting A HUGE VUALT WITH SAFE RACKS (not the trolleys those are so bad and useless) but preferably mega safes since they gold 10k double the ammount of the teir under k thats my opinon bye
like i feel like there should be a second option for agents instead of going.... quiet and have 50% of floor one being a maze probably... and go loud... with muscle and guns like..
after you get rifles and pistols (rifles for hit-man/mercenary's and pistols for guards to be useful and not be a waste since they need to grab pistols to train right? and rifles prb quadruple DPS
and pistols double and with like 15 of each guard and mercenary i can deal with great quality soldiers with like 2 or 3 guys dead (not including valets and techs and workers) btw i am doing this on hard i also have a few martial artists and like 1 hit-man from brainwashing soldiers
I'll try your stuff out, and thanks again for writing up this stuff, gave me some ideas on how to adjust things. I can say that one thing I did that you didn't do was building a casino maze made from slot machines. Yeah, it gives the techs more shit to do, but it also generates a metric F*ckton of extra income that makes cash flow extremely trivial. Especially as it comes with no extra heat.
Tourists sort of handle themselves. They usually just wander around the casino. The only annoyance is they often intercept henchmen when you send them out, but it really only puts a few second delay on things, so I've never had much trouble with them beyond that. You can keep them busy with enough casino toys, but a lot of my idle social minions usually tie up a large number of them as well. I pretty much ignore tourists and there isn't much downside to that.
I have looked at these and have wondered how you handle the tourist. Also your opinion on side missions. Loot mainly
