PASMO and Suica now use all over Japan.
10 main IC transit cards are now mutually use(Started in 2013/3/23)
here[www.pasmo.co.jp] is a English information by PASMO.(pdf)
Japanese information is here.[www.pasmo.co.jp]
Why many transit cards are exist is many railroad and bus companies in Japan.
And transit cards were established by several area companies.
Oh,fetter makes nothing!
Almost company belongs to individual region except JR Group.
"Japanese National Railways" is precursor Of JR,so laid a track all over japan.
I recommend to use PASMO or Suica when you in KANTO capital.

this is a list of cards.
  • PASMO[www.pasmo.co.jp] - established by KANTO capital transit companies except JR.
  • Suica[www.jreast.co.jp] - established by JR East.
  • Kitaca[www2.jrhokkaido.co.jp] - established by JR Hokkaido.
  • TOICA - established by JR Tokai
  • manaca[www.kotsu.city.nagoya.jp]
  • PiTaPa - (Wikipedia[en.wikipedia.org])
  • ICOCA[www.westjr.co.jp] - established by JR West.
  • はやかけん(Hayakaken)
  • nimoca - (Wikipedia[en.wikipedia.org])
  • SUGOCA[www.jrkyushu.co.jp] - established by JR Kyushu.
!caution!
-Some exception are exist.
-Can't use over the area.

(Additional information)As the game said you can use PASMO or Suica as electronic money on PASMO or Suica marked vending machine or stores.
I only know about PASMO and Suica but maybe other transit card do so.

Differ from real Japan
different because of avoiding the trademark right
QEIKO
http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=252210687
SEIKO is a Japanese company known as manufactures and sells watches, clocks.
(Wikipedia)[en.wikipedia.org]
SEIKO means "exquisite"(精巧) or "success"(成功) in Japanese.

SEIKO also has EPSON a Japanese electronics company and one of the world's largest manufacturers of computer printers, and information and imaging related equipment.

W mark
http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=252210779
Yeah,of course you know McDonald's.
To be localized to Japanese called "MAKUDONARUDO" "マクドナルド"
Japanese people be called that for short "Mac" "マック" or "Makudo" "マクド".
It is said that east side of Japanese called "Mac" "マック" and west side of Japanese called "Makudo" "マクド".

Some of Anime use W mark for same reason avoiding the trademark right. And W marked company called like "WAKUDONARUDO" or "Wak".
I only know use M marked company anime is "Azumanga Daioh[en.wikipedia.org]" "あずまんが大王" and that called "Magnetron Burger".(small G is also marked)

http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=252505530
STUDIO ALTA[www.studio-alta.co.jp] in Shinjuku is known as the place of "いいとも"(Iitomo) was broadcasted I explain below.

Different from real Japan as it is fiction.
Washlet
http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=252210595
This is a Japan Trip joke, old style.
But latest Washlet from the year 1982 have a sensor for detect buttock on the toilet seat.
So fell free to push the random button! lol
Also Button appended English notation maybe.

(Additional information)
"Washlet[en.wikipedia.org]" is a trademark of TOTO the Japanese Toilet Company.
Electric toilet seats with water spray feature for washing is also manufactured by INAX the Japanese Company and called "Shower Toilet".
But Washlet is so famous,so Washlet called as a generic name popularly.

Going to Shinjuku with girl
That's not mean going to a hotel for a special purpose, maybe.
Yeah that's a joke.
Shinjuku is a terminal train station. So doubtful place is concentrate exist in Kabuki-chou or any other places and there are not so peace and famous about that people.
But that's not all about Shinjuku.Almost place are peace and there are a lot of department store, amusement, big book store and more.
Additional info
