Chinese Voices for S.O.G. Prairie fire North Vietnam and Civilians

This small mod enables APEX China Voice protocol for North Vietnam and Vietcong factions, which are otherwise dumb, because S.O.G. Prairie fire doesn't have Vietnamese voices. The Vietnam civilians are also affected, however the South Vietnam forces are not, considering they do not use dummy vietnamese, but english. The Idea of this scripted mod belongs to user johnyboy from S.O.G. Prairie fire forums and reuses his simple script.

Этот небольшой мод включает китайский голосовой протокол для солдат Северного Вьетнама и Вьетконга, которые по-умолчанию немые, поскольку S.O.G. Prairie fire не имеет вьетнамского голосового протокола и вместо их озвучки поставлена заглушка. Скрипт также работает для гражданских Вьетнама, но не трогает армию Южного Вьетнама, поскольку они используют английский язык вместо заглушки вьетнамского. Для армии Южного Вьетнама я сделал отдельный мод, который можно найти по ссылке ниже.
