Orion VII Bus (CC)

The Orion VII was the seventh line of buses produced by Orion Bus Industries. This asset is based off of the original model of Orion VII, produced between 2001 and 2007. In the case of Toronto, the Orion VII would become the workhorse of the TTC bus fleet, replacing both the Orion V buses and the GM New Look buses. The TTC would at first purchase the Diesel spec buses, however they would also eventually purchase some Hyrbrid spec buses as well. While production of the OG Orion VII stopped in 2007 to be replaced by the Orion VII Next Generation, you can still find the original buses in Toronto along side there next gen counterparts.
