1) Download Cyberghost VPN

2) Create a free Cyberghost account and activate your 24h free trial. (No credit card/payment method required to activate trial.)

3) With the VPN now on and a server location in Russia chosen(Ukraine, Belarus etc also work), go to the steam website and create a new account based in Russia.

2) Buy a Russian R.U.S.E key from ♥♥♥ or Kinguin. (Much cheaper then a global key - Around $3 rather then $50+)

3) Redeem your new R.U.S.E key on your new Russian steam account.

4) Download the game and launch it. (Vpn can be turned off as soon as key is registered.)

5) Wait for the game to determine optimal system settings.

6) Now login to your Ubisoft account. (Note: If you don't have a Ubisoft account create one via the Ubisoft website, do not try creating one in game as it WILL NOT WORK!)
