To port a model to gmod, you would usually use Blender https://www.blender.org/ , GMPU (Garry's Mod Publishing Utility) https://sourceforge.net/projects/garrysmodpublishtool/ and Crowbar https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/groups/CrowbarTool .

Heya, I don't really make many models anymore as I have not got much time to do it but if you want someone to make some models for you, I'd recommend https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/id/maygik/ as they do some great work.
