i have cargo carriers, thats really the closest thing. not much you can do in that area while there arent large ship welding tools

i hope you understand the way this looks though, with your title of "the fall of the phoenix shipyards", the alliance declaring me as an enemy, and then files of my ships getting damaged. i'm not offended by people destroying my ships btw as i do it myself and im glad to see them used in whatever capacity. but it did seem at first as though you were just trying to troll me with these things. regardless, i apologize for my misinterpretation and feel free to keep using the ships for your stuff. i only ask that you not post your fiction on my files as i want that to be a place for constructive criticism and not get overrun with off topic discussions.
