To be annoying, act loudly, break TOS or make your microphone make a LOT of noise.
My advice is to use something like HLDJ or the funnier way, play something through your phone or (my favorite) PUT YOUR MICROPHONE IN A AIR CONDITIONER ON FULL BLAST

The results should look like this or everyone trying to kick you, make you annoyed, or finally, have yourself kicked or banned from a server.
