How to solve screen issues:

- search Titan.exe
- right click
- proprieties
- compability tab
- "Change high DPI settings
- check "Override high DPI scaling behavior."
- set "Scaling performed by: " to "Aplication"
- press "Ok" and "Ok"
- start the game
