General Tips
Upon initial glance, the Iron Cook Speedway will definitely seem daunting to even the most experienced chef. The entire "pack" is jam-packed with various truck attacks, none of which can be stopped by your previous truck upgrades. There will be multiple attacks per race as well, averaging about one per stop by the end of the pack. Some of these attacks will be entirely new, such as blocked cooking timers, blocked order images, removed upgrades, minimized HS freshness, etc.

The first point of emphasis to remain calm, especially when you encounter your first barrage of orders. Anxiety will not help, and will even hinder your gameplay. I found that after you learn to pace yourself and focus on one order at a time, each race is actually quite manageable.

Pick the easiest menu allowed per race while still remaining within point requirements. There are actually quite a few races which don't have any point requirements at all, in which case I would recommend picking easy 1-2 point foods for your entire menu. This is also because there will be nothing to spend your gold on, even if you have not maxed out your truck, as all upgrades are rendered useless on ICS anyway. You can also get a good feel for the general ICS pace on these races.

There will be races in which it may be worth it to pick up an extra prep station or two just to have an easier menu overall. You will need to decide this for yourself, and perhaps through a test run or two, whether it is worth it for you.

As you progress through the routes, the races will obviously become even harder. It is of utmost importance to pick HS foods that you are comfortable with, have a high number of servings, and preferably are autoserve (level/point dependent).

Lastly, probably the most important tip I have is to master the timing of serving your food. The last few routes in particular can get super hectic, but one of the neat tricks I realized was that you can stagger the service so as to maximize the remaining time you have to make your SO foods. Avoid using the autoserve (ctrl key) as much as possible, and only put out 2-3 finished orders at a time. This should allow you ample time to focus (NOT RUSH) on your SO foods, and ensure you hit every correct keystroke. This is an especially crucial tip for the 2 achievement races since both HS/SO foods will include various combinations of the 5-point foods such as Deluxe Poutine, King Potato, Bibimbap, Burrito, etc.
Gran Tiramisu
Route F (Sippy Cup), Day 3

36-point menu needed
Menu: Nightmare
3 HS + 5 SO

Maximum points available is 38, using

  • 3 HS: Deluxe Poutine, King Potato, Tamales ++
  • 5 SO: Hot Lattes, Iced Lattes, Pasta, and any 2 of Risotto, Sliders, Small Custom Subs, Souffle, Sub Sandwich ++++

Minimum points reached using

  • HS ++ (Ballpark Burger, Eggs Benedict, or Tacos) + SO ++++
  • HS ++ (Banh Mi, Nachos, Gyro, Hamburger, Pho, or Torta) + SO ++++
  • HS ++ + SO ++++ (Ice Cream Sundae)

Comments

I personally picked the first listed option to reach minimum points, using HS ++ (Tacos) + SO ++++ (the 2 sub sandwiches). King Potato is probably the hardest recipe of the listed 8, but my comfort with the other 7 allowed me tons of time to focus on the potatoes. The 2 subs also carry the same hotkeys and were easy enough to have both on the same menu.

Flexible menus are obviously key, so the other 2 listed options would also be doable if you're more comfortable with a combination of the 4-point HS foods instead.
The Grand Finale
Route J (Champion Cup), Day 3

44-point menu needed
Menu: Complex Solids 4, Complex Solids 5
5 HS + 4 SO

Maximum points available is 44, using

  • 5 HS: Deluxe Poutine, King Potato, Sushi, Tamales, and any 1 of Banh Mi, Cannoli, Deluxe Nachos, Gyro, Hamburger, Pho, Pizza by the Slice, or Torta ++++
  • 4 SO: Any 4 of Bibimbap, Burrito, Calzone, Creme Brulee, Hot Lattes, Iced Lattes, Pasta, Pizza, Ramen, Roulade, Tacos, Wok Dish: Beef/Pork, Wok Dish: Chicken, Wok Dish: Shrimp/Vegetable +++

Comments

This is the hardest day in the entire game, by far. The key to this day is managing your pace and staggering your finished orders, per my previous tips. The obvious choice for the 4-point HS food is Pizza by the Slice, since it's autoserve. As for the 4 SO foods, I personally chose Calzone, Hot Lattes, Iced Lattes, and Pizza. Ultimately it's up to you and you can pick a completely different 4 HS foods if preferred.

In order to complete this achievement day successfully, you'd need to have at least a small degree of comfort with both Deluxe Poutine and King Potato (i.e. not have to read the menu for every single hotkey), and already mastered all the other foods you're going to have on the menu. Keep calm, have a good pace of order fulfillment, and practice until you get it right. If you can manage to get this achievement, congrats on reaching 100% completion in the game!

My strategy for Grande Finale: Bibimbap and Ramen to go with the Lattes. They both take forever to both cook and burn, giving you plenty of buffer time; and Bibimbap has only 4 recipes, all of which are keysmashes (alternating between T/G on screen one and F/E on screen two). The level doesn't require any extra prep stations, so it's straightforward to get it done especially since the food truck attacks aren't nearly as bad as on some of the other levels.
