Startup Crash Fix: 'physxloader.dll is missing'
By Sayori
Hello everyone! I re-purchased this game today and I was experiencing this problem where the game wouldn't start AT ALL, I got a message saying "physxloader.dll is missing" when it exists in the game files! Today I will be showing you this quick fix since a lot of people have this problem too!

Solution One
The first solution is to repair the physxloader.dll file itself!

To do this, navigate to your Two Worlds II HD game files by right clicking the game in your Steam Library --> Manage --> Browse Local Files.
(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Two Worlds II)

Once you're there navigate through the folders install-->PhysX and you should see the file 'PhysX_10.01.29_9.10.0129_SystemSoftware'. Run this program (right click it and run as an administrator) and select 'Repair', it will do its job and then it's done!
Solution Two
The alternative is quite shorter than the first;

You'll need to get the Nvidia physx 9 17 0524 Driver[www.nvidia.com]. And trust me it's 100% safe! Go through the installation and it will be over very soon. After completing this then you should be good to go!
Solution 3 - Disable Shattered Embrace
If you are a DLC owner, disable the DLC "Shattered Embrace". Don't know why, but this worked for me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Hope this helped!
If you are still experiencing problems, leave a comment and I will look into more solutions to include in my guide :)

Disabling the shattered embrace DLC was the thing that actually worked for me too.

Looks like this game installer is quite buggy and dangerous: it will delete your current PhysX and overwrite its own. That's bad of course. Solution is: reinstall latest video driver (which contains PhysX drivers) and THEN, (re)install also latest "NVIDIA PhysX Legacy System Software" (should be 9.13.0604). If still fails go to Windows installed software and select Modify installation for PhysX Legacy, and at this point select Repair.

Yeah I was restarting before and during each method, still no results, I spent a whole day following each person troubleshoot steps that worked for them, trust me when I say I restarted my PC about 15-25 times.
