Overview
There are two important factors when determining which ending you will get.
  1. Your karma level.
  2. The outcomes of the six main questlines. The choices for each questline are listed below.


Lawrence (Lust)
  • Good Ending: Stop him from killing Sally
  • Bad Ending: Let him kill Sally


Sheriff (Gluttony)
  • Good Ending: Rat him out
  • Bad Ending: Go along with it


Mayor (Greed)
  • Good Ending: Rival wins the election
  • Bad Ending: Mayor wins the election


Kyle (Sloth)
  • Good Ending: Put the pills in the moonshine keg
  • Bad Ending: Put the pills in Momma's glass


Star (Envy)
  • Good Ending: Low risk surgery
  • Bad Ending: High risk surgery


Burt (Pride)
  • Good Ending: Make the sign say anything other than "BURT"
  • Bad Ending: Make the sign say "BURT"
Ending #1 - The Bad Ending
  1. Either don't complete all of the main six questlines, or have a mix of good and bad endings for each questline.
  2. Finish the game with Bad Karma.
Ending #2 - Maggie's Demise
  1. Either don't complete all of the main six questlines, or have a mix of good and bad endings for each questline.
  2. Finish the game with Good Karma.
Ending #3 - The Devil Ending
  1. Achieve the Bad Ending in all six questlines.
  2. Finish the game with maximum Bad Karma.
  3. Shoot Bruce.
Ending #4 - The Angel Ending
  1. Achieve the Good Ending in all six questlines.
  2. Finish the game with maximum Good Karma.
  3. Don't shoot Bruce (shoot the lock on the door instead).

I have no idea what ending I got... I didn't finish every quest line I got 1 good 1 bad and my karma level was neutral (near the middle) Maggie mourned and deep down knew it was me. which ending is thus?
