Dev here!

I intended the "Ultra Go Outside" achievement as a fun little tribute to the new Stanley Parable re-release, but it looks like people didn't see the funny side, so I've disabled it again. Lesson learned!

(Be sure to get The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe, though, it's fantastic.)

Perfect Guide, I would like to add something here:

-The key Can´t be obtained on load 5 and those 2 achievements
Can´t be obtained as you Can´t open the strange door.

-The third Start, the blonde girl offers you the key to enter the door and
should have this title (valve handle):

-Let it Burn + Lost & Found + The Bradbury Code + Simple Marvellous +Dlc.
