Hello, this guide will help you with getting the new "True Ending Clear" achievement.

To get this achievement, you need to unlock episode 3 by complete the maze in episode 2, gather all the items and pray for the victims.

This time, you will get back to the lab as Eva - grandmother of our little girl.

Here are things you will have to do.
- Find the ID card ( go down the stairs and you will find it in front of the restroom )
- Find the 4 files ( location listed below )

1st file ( go in the storage center and go right, you will find this hallway of cabins )


2nd file ( go in storage center then go forward )


3rd file (access the back of the lab with your ID card then enter, then enter the room at your right )


4th file ( after entering the lab, go forward to the electrical room, turn on the light and click the box)

- After you have all 4 files, go deep into the lab, enter your room, write the letter, then click on the file case under the bed and then the desktop phone.

The game will switch to the patient memory. The person who will put an end to lab.

Things you will have to do :
- Get the lockpick on the floor.
- Go to the toilet and turn off the sink.
- Get out and go into the storage then get the matches in the cabinet.
- Get out the storage and go upstair then go into the hallway.
- In the hallway, enter the room in the left and click on the ghost ( jumpscare alert )
- Get out then go forward, enter room on the left
- At here you will find the gas container, burn them.

The game will switch to our little girl Ann. After escaping the lucid dream, we will go on an investigation about the lab and bring everything to justice.

Things we will have to do :
- Get the backpack in your bedroom, open your laptop (in game not in real life) and click on the map icon then search the address of the lab.
- Go to the books room and get the camera behind the locked closet ( password is 14 )

- Go to Ann mother bedroom, you will find the flashlight in the desk along with the note that has the codes to the safe.
6 clockwise - 17 counter clockwise - 3 clockwise

- Go to living room, enter the code and get the pendent in the safe. Then leave the house. ( not your in real life house,it is dangerous outside in this pandemic now)

After leaving the house, you will arrive at your grandmother countryside.

Here are things you will need to do :
- Go to the village, ask the old man that can you borrow his bike. ( He will ask you to give him a drink)
- Go deep in the village and you will see the store, next to the cat you will see a penny, take it.
- Go inside the store and click on the flower.
- Go back to the train station and buy the drink from the vending machine. Go back the village and give it to the old man.
- He will give his hat and allow you to take the flower in the store, take both.
- Go out the field and give the hat to the scarecrow, the key will drop down from his arm. Take the key and unlock the bike.
- Ride the bike to your grandmother's grave, put down the flower and pray. (you will get the achievement after cutscene)
