actually nvm i just turned off effect sound in settings and this skin gives me an instant 2% accuracy advantage lol

You can disable the hitsounds in the game settings or just change it in the skin files

I had some strugle uploading a skin after using the files from this one, because I forgot to delete the steam_workshop_id ...
