Step 1: Right click on the game's title in your Steam library list, highlight "Manage", and select the button labeled "Browse Local Files"

Step 2: Open the folder titled "ScummVM_Windows" and open either "scummvm-freddifish1-opengl.ini" or "scummvm-freddifish1-safe.ini" (depending on which mode you're playing) in Notepad. *NOTE:* Some version of Windows before Windows 10 may display the .ini fie incorrectly in Notepad, in particular having single blank characters where the line breaks should be. If this is the case on your PC, open it instead in Wordpad, Notepad++, or any basic text editor.

Step 3: Navigate to the bottom of the settings list, under [freddi] and enter a line break (Enter key) followed by "EddieEatsLuther=1" into the file.

Step 4: Save the file and run the game in the graphics mode you edited the .ini file of.

Step 5: Go to the three caves where Eddie the Eel blocks your path.

Step 6: Click on Luther.

Step 7: Childhood successfully ruined!

Optional Step 8: Additionally, if you want to be able to activate the scene multiple times without having to restart the game, also add the line "BretIsTheOverlord=1" to the same file specified above.

One more note: If you have an original copy of this game and are playing it via a ScummVM installation, you'll instead have to open the file "scummvm.ini" and navigate to the game's entries on the file's list. In a standard Windows 7/8.X/10 installation this file can be found at C:\Users\[your Windows profile name]\AppData\Roaming\ScummVM
