First Step.

When you will see/meet Moog, he will assist you on Helping Gizmo, and when you complete it, he will give you side quest of killing some creatures as side quest.

Second Step.

The quest location is in Suburbia and the quest name is Defeat the Schacky TrunkGnut

.

Once you reach area the boss will look like this:

After defeating boss he will drop this key and side quest:

Step three.

Track the quest and the area should be close to boss that you killed, which will lead to the cave which looks like this:

After entering Cave there will be metal door that you can enter and from there on just follow threw the cave all way inside.

At end of it, you will see final door with some loot and the weapon it self and use key on keypad near the door. (I alredy looted it sorry :P)

How Weapon Looks.

The only requirements are to be min level 18 for crafting (you still can equip weapon) and to have 50 Agility points.

This gun mostly op at start of game (when you freshly start game, not new game+) , please comment down below which other weapons better in late game. Thank you.

you need to defeat a mini boss and you find it in a bunker

i cant remeber the name of the gun but you can find it at the bangplant near goop

You can easily get a better gun. If you go to the flag you use to warp to out of date, you can find a ruined building nearby with a merchant named honki. Get him a couple items and he eventually sells an automatic gun called DOOM. It shoots razerblades and has a freezing effect. Buy other good parts from him and you have a decent weapon for most of the game.

IMHO the most damage ability is precise
bullet spread is just so horrible in the game, so disabling it will add you much more damage than any other perk

many times I saw this gun is called the best, but I compared in-game, my random precise radioactive AR just shreds enemies when this gun is slowly decreasing the target's HP

I do not even move or dodge, just keep pressing the fire button, even when big guys charge on me, they die before they hit me

I got this gun early on, once I was able to use it per the level cap, haven't had to switch guns.

Just upgraded this puppy and slapped on a 50 round mag. Enemies do not last long.

Shame. I took the grip and muzzle for my own gun, I like this one better. I can wipe out an entire group in one clip.
