Safe in 1F West office:
Password: 9 left 15 right 7 left
Inside: "Hip Pouch" used to increase storage space on your character.

Lock in bathroom 2F
Password: BIO
Inside: "Shotgun ammo" Ammo used for shotgun.

Lock in Corridor 3F
Password: RES
Inside: "Magnum ammo" Ammo used for magnum. (Useless because there is no magnum in the demo)
