This is a pack of train stations with only tracks, that can be placed inside previously released train depots (links above). Since they are functional train stations, you will be able to use them to spawn trains directly inside these depots, adding further realism to your rail infrastructure.

I have the same problem, since a few weeks the trains stop spawings at the depot stations
