These are all pretty much earned the same way, pick the hero and faction combo listed in the achievement, and play until you beat each boss in a run with that combo.

Rushdown
Have one of your minions attack the enemy hero on your first turn.

You'll need a haste minion, and extra moves for your hero, or just enough minions to chain towards the enemy hero. Pretty easy.

Magic Trick
Shuffle your deck three times in the same turn.

Easiest with a small deck and minions that produce Spores. Get all your cards into your hand or on the board, use a zero cost spell, then use your spores to repeatedly play and redraw that card out of your discard.

Harvestman
Destroy 4 minions in one turn with your hero.

You'll likely get this one through normal play.
Destroyer
Destroy 5 minions in a single turn.

Harder than Harvestman, but not by much. You'll probably get this just by fighting the Hydra on the third floor.

Investment
Have at least 5 3-Star cards on your deck in a battle.

You could get the upgrades that cause 2 and 3 start cards to be more likely to appear, but you can also just upgrade your existing cards with the blacksmith by spending treasures.

Fun and Interactive
Destroy three enemy minions on the enemy's turn.

Tricky, but I got this by accident. Pack your deck with guardians, or ignite the enemy minions so they die at the start of the enemy hero's turns. You could also use minions that deal damage on death, but that's probably less foolproof.

What's Counterplay?
Defeat an enemy on your first turn.

Easiest with a Mage and a lucky draw on the first floor.

That's a Lot of Boars
Get your hero to level 15 before the final boss.

Just fight everything you find and you'll get this no prob, assuming you're not on Ferocity 2 or more. Then you'll likely be fine anyways.

Bigger is Better
Defeat the 3rd boss with a deck consisting of 30 or more cards.

Fill your deck with cards. The Hydra isn't that bad at early levels of Ferocity, but you can also fill out with potions that you can discard to draw cards. This lets you fill out your deck while actually keeping your deck small.

Ogre Pate
Deal 12 or more damage to a Large enemy with a single unit.

You might get this at the same time as Titanic Strength. You can get this any number of ways, but the easiest is to buff up your hero's power through perks, high damage weapons, and spells.

Titanic Strength
Get your hero's Power to 12 or above.

Similar to Ogre Pate, use weapons like the Ogre Spatula, spells that buff your hero's (or any unit's) power, potions. Stack em up.

Iron Wall
Have 5 or more block on your hero.

You can get this with a couple of upgraded Shield cards. You can also get this a Mage with the perk that adds a layer of block for every 10 spell damage you do. Get a few of those perks and stack that with any of the ways to increase your spell damage and you can get 5 (or even more)

Pop Off
Play 10 cards in a single turn.

Stack up on spore generating cards, and cards that draw cards. You'll likely get this by accident by being too awesome. If you don't though, stack up on spores. Don't forget you can choose to just discard spores into your deck during combat. Do this until you have a healthy reserve of spores waiting to be drawn.

True Power
Defeat Floor 3 without taking damage.

I think the easiest way to get this is to play Warrior and pick up the perk that generates block when you make a melee attack. You'll still have to be careful, but renewable sources of block are a good start. The Rogue also has a perk that adds a stack of Evasion each turn, which acts like block, but doesn't wear off.

Gotta Go Fast
Move your hero four times in the same turn.

Play Warrior or Mage and stack up on perks that add Dash.

Rapid Regrowth
JK about leaving this out.

You get this by healing your units for 15 in a single fight. Hoard potions or get the regenerating wall and let it soak damage.

Real Hero
Defeat a boss without summoning a minion.

Easiest with Mage, or a Warrior run focused on perks that enhance your hero.

Space Control
Fill the board up with your units, excluding the enemy hero.

There are a number of ways to get this, but Karim has a number of units that create units which can help. Alternatively, repeatedly stun the enemy hero and pin them in a corner. Remember that the enemy can't play units if they don't have any open spaces to play them in.

Lunch Break
Beat the game in 60 minutes or less.

Up the Tempo
Beat the game in 40 minutes or less.

Play on Beginner or Normal with a low Ferocity level. Play Warrior and stack up on hero enhancing talents and take Multistrike at all opportunities. Go into the game's settings and crank up game speed to maximum. On the third floor, sneak past a few enemies if you feel crunched for time. But, I got Up the Tempo with a magic missile focused Mage, and Rogue is assuredly also doable. Just go fast.

Determination
Survive an encounter with 1 health and no minions on the board.

Pick Mage, then play against an enemy on the first floor that only has one attack. Poke down that enemy until you can take them out with any attack and pass turns until the both of you have one HP left. If you need to, you can end a combat with 1 HP and enter into a new fight.

Good Luck.

(NOTE: This achievement appears impossible in Beginner as you heal at the end of combat.)

Hold 'Em
Have your entire deck in your hand.

Slim and Trim
Defeat the 3rd boss with a deck consisting of six or less cards.

Both of these are achievable in the same run with a Warrior or Rogue focused on hero enhancing perks and spells. Dump treasure into the Temple until you have a deck of 6 cards. Keep in mind that the deck list will include your hero as a card, but this achievement doesn't count the hero card. So, you can get this achievement in the current build even if the deck list says 7. Just prune your deck down to 6 cards in hand in combat.

Who let the dogs out?
Have 5 Hounds on the board at the same time.

Play Helm so you can draft hounds, then either get 5 of them in your deck, or get just one hound and the spell that lets you add copies of your minions to the top of your deck. (Draft mode can help with this.) (Note: Despite the achievement icon, White Dog Statue does not count for this achievement.)

Ferocious
Reach Dungeon Ferocity 10.

Just keep playing with the same hero until you get there.

Good luck!

You didn't include ”The Chosen One - Defeat Thing From Beyond” and I have 2 other hidden ones after I read all the achievements on this list.

Only one thumb up since the guide had Rapid Regrowth tip despite the intro.
