You can complete this game within 10 mins, if you know what you should do.
The video that is located at last of this guide has only 8 mins without trimming and fast forward, but complete procedure was recorded.

1) Pick up a flashlight and a battery. (maybe this isn't mandatory.)
1) ライトとバッテリを拾う。（クリアに必須ではないかも。）

2) Open a side panel and pick up a fuse, then pick up a wire that was flashing by spark.
2) 側面パネルを開けてフューズを取り、漏電して光っていたワイヤも取る。

3) Attach a fuse and a wire to fuse box, then close the cover that is dropping in nearby floor, and push the button.
3) フューズボックスにフューズとワイヤを取り付け、近くの床に落ちている蓋を閉めてボタンを押す。

4) Pull the lever to open floor for discard unnecessary containers, then make a pathway by lining up containers by using the control panel.
4) レバーを引いて床を開け、不要なコンテナを捨てる。それから画面を操作して、コンテナを並べて通路を作る。

5) Go upstairs by lift, then go opposite side by cross the containers bridge.
5) リフトで上階に上がり、コンテナの橋を渡って反対側に行く。

6) Check the memorandum that is in closet, and pick up a ID card at cabin..

7) Push the Main Switch to power on. You'll need switch this again and again later.

8) Go downstairs by lift, then open a locked door by the ID card.

9) Pick up a welder from wall shelf at maintenance room, and pick up a battery at storage room.
9) メンテルームの壁の棚から溶接機を取り、倉庫でそのバッテリを取る。

10) Back to upstairs, open 2 locked doors, and cut off power line by welder on your way back, then pick up a something (I don't know what that is).
10) 上階に戻り、IDカードを使って施錠されたドア2箇所を開けたら、帰りがけに溶接機で電線を切って中継装置かなにか謎のブツを取る。

11) Override another control panel by code, then pull the lever to close floor.
11) コードを入力してオーバーライドし、レバーを引いて床を閉じる。

12) Push the Main Switch to power off. Now you can use only 1st lift.
12) メインスイッチを押して主電源オフ。これで最初のリフトしか使えない。

13) Walk to the other side, go downstairs by lift, walk to storage room, then quick-fix the power board.
13) 歩いて反対側まで行き、リフトで下階へ降り、倉庫まで歩いて、配電盤を応急修理する。

14) Go back by same route, push the Main Switch to power on. Find the reboot code and input it at cabin. Then go downstairs by lift.
14) 同じ道を引き返して、メインスイッチを押して主電源オン。居室でリブートコードを探して、その部屋で入力。その後リフトで下階に降りる。

15) Pick up a panel from breast of robot, then weld it to leaked pipe.
15) ロボの胸部装甲を取り、それを当てて溶接機で配管の漏れを塞ぐ。

16) Climb the ladder, then attached a relay device or something (I don't know what that is).

17) Move a container to near catwalk of center by control panel.
