"Glitch I got with Toruviel is that she stuck fighting an enemy in a doorway. I killed all npcs on the street around field hospital, but task wasn't complete. I heard some clinking of swords somewhere, but couldn't find where it comes from. At that moment you need to kill them all. It appeared that last enemy has stuck inside doorway fighting with Toruviel which can happen in Witcher sometimes and which meant I couldn't defeat this npc with sword, but fortuntately igni twice did it."
