This conversion could be easily done with code (don't trust conversion done by AI, though). I could do it for you if you're interested and paste it on pastebin or something.
Input based guides for sokoban games are a bit hard to use, weather its with arrows, or "up left down" or "U U L D D R D L" it's just part of the process, and I think that's for the best since the spirit of this is supposed to be helping someone who is stuck on a level, not playing the game for them.... Even so it's really cool you made a decoder for these guides!

step 4: copy that commands and paste into a new file, named as any-name-you-want.ahk , then double click this file to run it with autohotkey runner (you'll see a green H icon on the bottom-right taskbar).
step 5: go into the level that you want to solve, then press f on keyboard, the level will play itself.
if you wanna solve other levels, just repeat from step 2 onward (no need to redo step 1, unless you close the javascript runner already). also you can reuse the file *.ahk over an over, just don't forget to double click at it to restart the ahk-script!
also after you finish using this tool, do not forget to close the ahk-script (right click at the H icon and choose Exit), or else you'll not have f key to use!
tools need: text editor, javascript (comes with every modern web browser) and autohotkey
