You should be abusing this mechanic as often as possible especially when the drilldozer is surrounded by bugs, it will hardly take damage because it spends more time being invulnerable than vulnerable and you can take your time picking off the bugs.
Incoming rock strikes? Repair the drilldozer to full, laugh as you watch it take no damage. 8 beamers just popped up? Repair the drilldozer to full, spend the next few seconds picking off the beamers. The moment it drops to ninety repair it to full again to gain another window of invulnerability. Rinse and repeat.
Do not stack the drilldozer.
Even if it's tempting and give good vision to stand on the drilldozer.
Should the team miss a rock, you can usually beat the mission if you loose an armor plate. but if you loose an armor plate and 2 dudes, -> that are impossible to res for the remainder of the wave, it's just not gonna end well on h5 (or even h4)
Max one (pref none) on the drilldozer, and should be a driller with 'Iron will' and 'Vampire'; Or a really handy gunner, that sure as hell, doesn't miss rocks.
The engies grenade launcher can one shot the tip of beamers
but having the nuke overclock is probably better than using it for this
