World's End Valentine replaces Tank theme

Description
Thought this would be a good idea, so I decided to make my first mod!

This mod replaces the Tank theme with World's End Valentine from the OMORI OST.


(I made and tested this in 20 minutes, so the volume might be a bit off.)

I absolutely love this addon, but I just wish it went on for longer. After ~1 minute it cuts off and restarts so I wish it would start later in the song or go on for longer.
