*added Tobacco Labeling Regulations with latest patch!*

1 new simulation:
  • Traffic Accidents = A lot of Cars, bad road maintenance and that mixed with drugs and violence will cause Accidents. Traffic controls, education and technology can prevent that (and maybe less Drugs and Violence too...)

    The Traffic Accidents Simulation will give a bit more depth into the Healthcare Demand simulation and the Road Building and Speed Cameras Policy, which can often be ignored in playthroughs.

1 new situation:
  • Vehicular Crime = Crime combined with Cars, Drugs and Guns makes Vehicular Crime more likely and at some point it happens too often to be acceptable! The police must do something...

    The Vehicular Crime Situation is a symptom of many problems, but can easily go away if Crime and Drug Problems are fixed. It's more a flavor situation than anything game-changing.

1 new policy:
  • Tobacco Labeling Regulation = Consumers will encounter warning labels when purchasing tobacco products. The goal is of course to reduce smoking, but that stinks with the tobacco industry and with people in general. The grudges however are affected by the amount of smoking in general.

*I will add more general Policies, Simulations and Situations into this mod from time to time*

Suggestion:

[Gig Economy] leads to slightly increased vehicular accidents (like 5% - 10%)

Reason: some people in need of employment try to make earnings from ride sharing apps and services, and are often inexperienced drivers, or not seasoned to going across certain parts of places. Or most recently, food delivery services and the cutthroat competition with other delivery folk, many times leading to reckless motorcycling.
