Just a heads up: your mod's packaged incorrectly. In order to be playable, the content under \DWFR in your mod's folder should be under the root path. (That is, the contents of \DWFR\Data should be in \Data.)

Other than that, looks interesting! You might consider making a higher-res flag, though, because the image quality is pretty noticeable on a 1920x1080 display.
