Thanks for the feedback, I've heard some input from others as well and I will be looking into Eden's Soul and Crown of Light, the latter looking into an entire do-over. I'll also try to make sure that item sprites can still be associated with the item, especially if it's an entire remake (e.g. Dead Eye). However, I'm personally okay with how some items don't necessarily fit the style of Isaac. I'll try to make sure they don't look out of place, but I'm okay with what I've made up until now for the most part.

Some of these feel a tad hit and miss as revamps that fit the style. Dead Eye, Dull Razor and some of the crowns work fine, as long as you can show it to someone for a second and they can 1): know what the item is, and 2): know it's potentially from isaac rebirth.
All i can really suggest is get people to blindly play with them subscribed and see if people can identify it well immediately.

Thanks for the suggestions, I actually was in the middle of changing Lusty Blood as that was recommended lol

what about unique sprites for Contagion/Plan C/Dark Prince's Crown?

Damnnn these are slick. As for resprites, I think Lusty Blood could use an overhaul.

Real nice! if you're looking for more items to resprite, maybe Sinus Infection or Breath of Life? Sinus Infection is really uninspired, and the sprite for Breath of Life is just bad imo
