After the start of the game just kill everybody from behind and One-Hit People with this broken crossbow.

Use feints on Marianne players to get them to initiate and evade, then go in for the attack. Or use your gear. Stop crying. Get good.

Two simple steps that that immediately helped me to overcome this problem and also improved my skill and gaming experience:steamthumbsup::

Step 1: Quit the game after you see a Marianne in the enemy team
Step 2: Queue for another round
(repeat this process if needed)

seriously though what do you do about marianne? you block her shots you run out of stam before she runs out of ammo. you try and hit her she can dodge and then hit you before you can block her shot.
