More Secret Room Pedestals

Beskrivning
Adds some new secret room layouts with item pedestals.
Flight is never required to get the item, but you may have to spend extra consumables or even fight a weak boss.
This will make the game slightly easier, but that should go without saying.

This is good because Fiend Folio adds a lot of junk secret rooms
