Complete the first map to get one achievement and the fourth to complete the game and get the other.

If you want to complete the game as quickly as possible and get all the achievements, during the new game, select the Hot Seat mode and play yourself for the 2 armies, choose the blue army (USA) and attack the red ones, and always skip the move with the red ones, follow this method until the game end. Choose the easiest game difficulty in the settings. I also suggest you to play with the cannons, they have strong damage and high range.
