In the archive itself there is an installation instruction, below I will retell it just in case

In short, in the first folder (STEP 1) you need to select the resolution format, the viewing angle, then you need to copy all the files in the folder, then follow this path "C: \ Users \ yournamehere \ Documents \ EA Games \ Medal of Honor Airborne (tm) \ Config "and paste the copied files with replacement

In the second folder (STEP 2) there will be one folder and we need to drop it into the folder with the game with a replacement (In my case, "D: \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Medal of Honor Airborne")

In the third folder there will be files that make the game even more hardcore, it removes the scope or something like that, if you need it then do it yourself, personally I did not add it, so I will not tell you how to do it (forgive me for anything)
