Trailing off from the main story, we go to New York City, where everything has been overrun by infected zombie like creatures. As the military tries to resolve the situation, NYC is burning down as a result, constant gunfire, bombing runs, it's all out chaos. Meanwhile in a nearby hospital four surviving doctors must fight for their lives, and keep from being infected, while waiting on an evac from the CDC... if they ever show up.
