Fix:
In video settings set your aspect ratio from "auto" to an actual value
For example I play on 2560x1440, so I set it to 16:9
That fixed it

This has improved things for me. Thank you.

The magic bullet for those who have Nvidia cards is to add the Sharpen + filter, and adjust to taste. I also use the brightness filter to bring back the shadows and a darker feel portrayed by the earlier games. I use filters in almost every game I play , such an underused feature.

antialiasing=off is best game experience

Don't work in 1080p, it looks awful even with DLSS disabled. Only workaround I managed to find is upscale to 2560x1440p but the performance suffers a little bit.

@Rex the game by default even on extreme quality looks like it's 360p on my 1080p monitor, it's crazy that someone signed to release the game like this, it's obvious something is wrong when your game looks less than half the resolution of previous games

you most likely need to update your nvidia graphics card and fix the resolution in game after updating the graphics card.

Just needs a 32:9 option for 5120x1440 now.

Is there an example for me to know what "blurry graphics" constitutes as?
I can't tell if I have them or not.
