Literally missed num4 after I found out about it's location and there is no way to get back until I do my second playthrough. luckily the game keeps track of all the ones you have done before ng+

You can hit No.18 from the platform outside the elevator on B2 as well; it's easier than hitting it while moving up the lift.

You don't need to shoot all goats in one run, but you need to start a new game plus. To do this, after finish the game, on the main menu load the save file of completion and will ask you to choose the new difficulty and begin a newgame+. With that, you start the game with all your equipments and goats you shooted (don't know about the other collectibles).
