You are welcome to copy the specs, but this is an adaptive game. Typically you will not start out with the tech or materials to make something like this. This is also a ship I made many months ago before the latest big update. May not be as applicable as before.

I however can offer you a tip for your own construction: Plan out what you want before you even start building. Estimate how much square area you will need per functional area (ie: medbay, rec room, ext), and then mold the design to be something ascetically pleasing that also meet your requirements.
