I think it's an issue with the matchmaker, where it thinks you're still in the server you just left untill it gets dissolved or the game gets completed

I had this a short while ago, but my issue was fixed after, give or take an hour and i could q' normally again.

yeah, if it says youre in a game you cant abandon youre basically fucked until tuesday maintenance
