Very nice models, and great variety with the Royal City and Midi, so one can cater to different conditions -- the Midi makes a great vehicle for winding curves and steep inclines of a smaller mountain community, and the City is great for well... city mass transport.

One thing I hope you might want to reconsider is the placement in the research tree; in my opinion the Royal City is too early at Diesel II, and is overpowered in comparison to what else is available at that point. Maybe swap the techs; BS106 to Diesel III, and the BS090 and New Super to Diesel II? I think that might feel more balanced, but that is just my opinion of course.

All that said, they definitely are a welcome addition to the fleet!
