Looking on the map there is ONE point which is hidden by a big marker, making it difficult to guess that there is a secret there, and it's the CLOCK TOWER, you know the place where the brother of the main character is resting.
As you get out of the area with the fire, turn to your left and climb there. The secret n°32 is on top of the clock tower.
